About us

An Irish engineering and fabrication contractor with 25+ years on the tools.

Family-owned. Drogheda based. Working with construction firms, manufacturers and industrial clients across Ireland.

Our story

Built on Irish engineering values.

NR Engineering was founded to give Irish construction and industrial clients a properly equipped, properly run engineering and fabrication contractor — without the overhead and rigidity of a multinational.

From our Drogheda workshop we fabricate structural and stainless steelwork, install mechanical plant and process equipment on client sites, and provide reactive maintenance support for manufacturers across Leinster and beyond.

Every project is run by people who have actually been in the workshop and on site. That's why our drawings buildable, our welds pass inspection and our installations finish on time.

Workshop and site capability under one roof.

Our Drogheda facility is set up for both structural and stainless fabrication, with dedicated bays, overhead cranage and finishing capability. Combined with experienced site crews, that means we can take a project from drawing to fabricated, delivered, installed and signed off — without subbing it out.
